Gulfline Junk Removal LLC provides junk removal, property cleanouts, light demolition, and light hauling services. We reserve the right to refuse service or items not previously disclosed or agreed upon during the estimation process. Estimates provided online or over the phone are subject to change upon on-site inspection.
The customer agrees to ensure safe, clear, and easy access to the property and materials being removed. The customer also affirms that they are the legal owner or have lawful permission to dispose of all items requested for removal.
Gulfline Junk Removal strictly prohibits handling or hauling hazardous materials, including but not limited to wet paint, chemicals, solvents, motor oil, biological waste, asbestos, radioactive materials, and pressurized cylinders (e.g., propane tanks). The customer is responsible for disclosing any hazardous materials. Any costs, fines, or damages resulting from hidden hazardous materials mixed in with junk will be the sole legal and financial responsibility of the customer.
While our team takes the utmost care when removing items and conducting light demolition, we are not liable for property damage resulting from pre-existing structural issues. This includes, but is not limited to, damage caused by the removal of heavy items that involve weak or degraded structures (such as rotten floorboards, damaged drywall behind removed cabinets, or compromised decks). If we discover hidden damage, we will notify you before proceeding, but any repairs required are the property owner's responsibility.
Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, credit cards, and approved digital payment methods. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
We kindly request at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or schedule adjustments. Consistent cancellations without notice may require a non-refundable deposit to book future services.
